The purchase was sealed with a handshake in the summer of 2015. On 23.3.2016 I crowded with 17 owners ! in the emergency room. Finally, on March 14, 2018 the renovation was completed.It was worth it! The way was not always easy and at this point I would like to

An ANCIENT HOUSE BY THE SEA...
A lOng CHERISHED WISH...
- the decision !
The old house in the mall piazza stood empty for two years, after the death of the last inhabitant, who had spent her whole life in Martinšćica. The house looked miserable with the crumbling fasade and the sagging roof. inside it was no better, floors and roof beams were brittle, partly rotten, the supporting structure was - as it turnde out later - no longer stable, rising damp nibbled on the walls.
